Seems I have every other combination of sizes except 4 inch, Know there are others out there besides class F drop rests so where do I look or call? ELR means never ending new expenses regardless of where you started out!

It all starts with a guy by name of Randy, Randy.
You need be the one saying im not happy with my front rest and im wanting to move on to something else, and there are some good options.
But im not so sure that for strictly varmit hunting, there is anything really better than basic sand bags.

amen to that! You don’t like bipods?

I’ve had good success with bipods as long as you anchor the feet very well so rifle comes straight back with out the feet slipping. Pretty difficult off a bench I know.
This is a situation where you may have to make one.... diy.

Protektor makes custom rear bags and front rest bags. I see a 4" "owl" front rest square bag on their site as I type this response.

Bruce Baer in PA can make one and both protector and Edgewood bags have 4 inch bags.

I had a few different rests & tops in the past and sold them. Settled on the Seb Max and never looked back. Check one out before you buy anything else.

    Regards
    Rick

Am retired so SEB is out of the question. Simply looking for a top that can hold a 4 inch bag AND STOP built on the top. Can it be that hard?

need a 4 inch square opening in the bag, not an owl. To fit the Beast-2 fore grip.

You can lead a horse to water...

The second link is to a flat bottom/square 4" wide bag - "CUSTOM 4" Square Owl Ear Front Bag w/ Silver Mat."

The first link is to the rest that will accept that bag. I just called and spoke with them and to have the bag fit you need to included these instructions in your order for the bag, "Please make the bag 5 3/4" long to fit in your #61 rest top - and support a 4" wide forearm".

I stock 4" wide Edgewood bags for my 4" wide BR stocks that fit standard rest tops like the Sinclair.
