I been getting most of my rifles converted to non lead and looking in the safe I have a 280 and 35 whelen.
I am going to be shooting 140 grains ttsx for the 280 and 200grains for the 35 whelen. I have the barnes book but the two powders they have as the most accurate 3100 (280) and r15 for the whelen. Not looking for a pet load just a powder to start with I have a lot of different powders to play with
Thanks for getting me close

I load 61 grains of IMR 4064 behind a 200gr Barnes TSX. RL15 I tried didn't produce as good a groups

I've had great luck with rl 17 for the 280, but with a 150 ttsx. My rifles have shown promise with seating depth vs. Powders for all nonlead bullets
