load for 22-250 with imr4064?

I'm assuming that you mean with a 50gr bullet.
According to Hornady's Fifth Edition, using a 26" barrel:
34.3gr IMR4064 - 3,600 ft/sec
35.1gr IMR4064 - 3,700
35.9gr IMR4064 - 3,800

Back in 1972, the maximum load of 36.5 grains of IMR 4064 behind the Sierra 53 grain HP produced 3,795 fps, and sub 0.5 moa accuracy in a 26 inch custom barrel.

Every rifle is different, so I suggest that with a 55 grain bullet, start at about 33.0 grains and work up in 0.5 grain increments.
Good luck, Brian.

ANY REASON FOR 4064?
DO YOU WANT A TACK DRIVER WITH MODERATE SPEED 3600...OR JUST SPEED...
IT TOOK ME THREE YEARS OF OFF AND ON WORK. I HAD A VS-SF700. IT WAS ONLY UNTIL I STARTED NECK SIZING AND USING IMR 4895 WITH 33GR.
AND AS A MATTER OF FACT IT WILL SHOOT EITHER A 50 OR 55 GRAIN BULLET OF ANY MAKE!!!!
AFTER THE THREE YEAR QUEST WAS OVER I CAN NOW SAY THAT IT WAS WORTH IT... HOPE THIS HELPS

Yep, Ramerik, 36gr. of IMR4895 and 55gr. bullets is the ticket in my Rem.700. Consistant sub 1/2 MOA. My brothers 22-250 liked the 4064 better.
