Didn't read the whole article, but weather / atmospheric conditions certainly would be a factor in reloading in the field. Humidity can affect powder weights, and of course any breeze affects a scale. I also get a bit paranoid about exposing primers to humid conditions. All my supplies are kept in a low humidity cool storage area.
