i have for sale a Nightforce NXS 3.5-15x56 SFP with MOARF2 reticle & ZeroStop, #C430. In very good condition, like new and comes with everything originally included in the new package, including the sunshade, covers, box, paperwork, etc. i'm only selling because i have the NXS 8
and this was just sitting there. Scope rings pictured do not come with scope, Price is $1300 shipped

Strick9 and I believe this to be a scam.

Yesterday afternoon I reached out to the seller letting him know that I was interested in the NF should the sale fall through. The seller responded back to me letting me know that it was still for sale. I told him that I would take the scope and we worked out where I would be sending the payment. After looking back at the WTS thread, I noticed that Strick9 was still pursuing the purchase. I found this odd and reached out the Strick9. We have been in communication throughout the day while communicating with seller, negotiating prices and where to send payment. The seller has agreed to sell both of us the scope, even after haggling over the price. Strick9 did manage a brief phone call with the seller from an "unkown" number. The call did not last very long as the call was dropped. The seller then txt Strick9 saying that he was in an area of heavy construction that causes poor cell service.

None of this adds up. At best this guy is trying to double dip.

Strick9 will be on later this evening to confirm.

Thanks for the heads up, there's a lot of thievery in this world and hopefully people will double and triple check out a seller before handing over their hard earned money.

I also whole heartedly believe in calling out these thieves in their own sale ad, many honest members don't visit the feedback section of the site very often.

It certainly appears to be a full fledged and intricate design. When I spoke to the seller the call was full of static and kept dropping and picking back up. Having worked overseas it reminded me of such quite quickly. At any rate I have now text and re called several times to no avail as well. Lots of effort went into this looking back at his post etc. If anyone knows him, tell him I need his shoe size or height either one will do. Thanks. Also have address.. Will check out after LB gets with us.
