So does it currently have basic MOA CDS turrets on it and the form gets you a customized turret for it? Or does it not have the turrets yet, but you can send it in and get them?

All CDS scopes come from Leupold with a MOA turret installed. You get one free custom turret from the custom shop. I have a 4.5-14 x50 LR with a custom CDS turret on my long range .243 and it works great (as long as you gather accurate data on your load and ballistics to give the custom shop). You can specify a zero stop turret (only gives you one rotation) or a long range turret (no zero stop and two rotations of range).

Right now it just has regular turrets with caps. With the CDS form you send them your info and they create a personalized turret for your load and gun and ship it to you for free.

Does the scope have an adjustable objective?

No it doesn't. This model has to paralax adjustment.
