Lightweight Spotting Scopes

Has anyone has a chance to field test the new Maven S.2 spotter yet? This is a fairly new release to the market. It is 12-27x56 and comes in at 34 oz. I carry a Vortex Razor HD 85mm but it is HEAVY! I would much rather downsize to something that is more backpack friendly. Obviously, it will give up magnification and not be as good in low light but I feel like the trade off for lighter weight on wilderness hunts will be a huge advantage.
