Leupold with Premier Reticle repair

I've been mainly a visitor here. I have a Leupold VX-3 4.5-14x40mm AO 30mm tube with Premier Reticle hold over dots out to 800 yards. It went bad with groups jumping 8". Put another scope and verified this. Leupold will not touch a scope with Priemier reticle installed. I've found the Iron Sight LLC repair on line, anyone with a review of this company? Or is there anyone else? Or should I trash this scope? Thanks, clock
