has anyone had any issues with the elevation dial, CDS for the Leupold VX-3?

I've had one for two or three years now, I haven't had any issues with it. It tracks well and returns to zero every time. The turret is a little mushy feeling and I always turn past zero and come up to it. Takes out the backlash if there is any.
