New in unopened box wrapped in plastic. My RX-1000 started to die after about 10 yrs of use, I contacted leupold, they said it was out of warranty and the best they could do for me is sell me this at a discount. I've had it six months now but haven't opened it because I'm pretty sure I want to get a sig kilo 2400 with the built in ballistic computer and weather station. $400 shipped.
