One thing is the end of your barrel is in your sight picture and can be eliminated using taller rings. It looks like you have over adjusted the reticle focus on the rear lens of your scope. Try screwing it in clockwise and see if it eliminates the distortion. You should only focus your reticle adjustment until the reticle looks crisp against your sight picture.
Bottom of the scope looks like the top of the barrel. The bumps on the crosshairs look like someone left your crosshairs under a pigeon roost I'd send it back!
