anyone using the CDS? I am looking at a vx-6 CDS. Do they track well and are they reliable/repeatable?

I have the CDS turrets on a Vx-3 and it works great, shot out to 800yrds with accuracy even when compairing to my Shooter app on my I phone, it dials up pretty close. Of course the further you shoot the more the elements will play into it. I also have a VX-6 but it has external MOA turrets because I plan on shooting for accuracy out to a mile (I hope)!

I have several VX-6s and am very pleased with them. I opted to replace the elevation turrets with the uncapped TAC turrets. Mine are very repeatable when dialing, but would strongly recommend you perform a tall target test to verify your actual click value.

I haven't used the CDS on a Vx6 much, but have used them a lot on the Vx3's. Great setups for hunting shots out to 500ish yards, and the Kenton CDR dial is nicer than the CDS
