Here's a sampling of mine left to right. Wby. Altitude in 6.5 CRDM (130 Accubond); Cooper Custom Classic in .243 (24" bbl). My go to bullet in that is an 85 grain Sierra HPBT for deer and chucks and a Cooper Jackson Game in .25-06 (115 Nosler for deer, 90 grain Sierra Blitzking for chucks).

Unfortunately I can't use rifle for deer in my area, shotgun/muzzleloader or bow only. So I've been shooting savage 220f 20 gauge slug gun with great success so far out too 250 yards and closer

we are trying to plan a hunt on my buddies property for this up coming season and then back down to Montana next season so have to decide which rifle to take. Have a 6mm creedmoor that has taken a few coyotes out too 550 yards and a crow at 625, my 260 rem which I've shot my pb group at 640 yards, and the new one coming in a couple weeks, 25 creed

Here's mine. First one is my semi custom .284 Norma Match, built on a Remington 700 long action, fitted with a 26" Bartlein #3 1-8 twist 5R barrel with a blended Hawkins Precision brake. It has a Remington special edition laminated ADL stock that's been pillar and skim bedded with Devcon. It's topped with a 4-16x44 Vortex HS-T in a set of Hawkins Precision Hybrid rings. It loves Berger 175gr Elite Hunters and RL23 in Peterson brass going 2850FPS.

My next hunting rifle is more for the long range shots and for the spots I setup where my shots will all be far. It's my semi custom .308 Norma Mag built on a 700 long action, 28" Bartlein Remington Varmint 1-9 twist 5R barrel that's fitted with a custom 3 port brake. It sets in a B&C M40 stock that's been skim bedded. I have a Triggertech straight bar trigger in it set at 1.5lbs. I recently mounted a Sightron S-TAC 4-20x50 on top of it sitting in a DNZ Tactical one piece base. This rifle is super fun and shoots very well. My current load is a 208gr ELD-M going 3050FPS propelled by RL26 in Bertram brass. I'm going to be working on a load with 215 Berger's this spring.

Let's try some old school. My father's 1903A3 Springfield pictured here after a thorough cleaning. He picked it up as a barreled action for $18.50 after WWII. I'll bet it has had 1500 rounds through it, but still pus three 180 grain Remington Corel-Lokts within an inch at 100. I've not been able to develop a load that it shoots better so why I stopped trying. The stories it could tell.
