Stretched mine out to 174 yards today. Now, this is just using the 'recommended' charge weight of 65gr IMR 4198 and 2 different Fury bullets. The difference in how both bullet types grouped is pretty negligible. Also, keep in mind that I have not messed with the charge weight at all and I'm still learning 'how to shoot' this little beast. As it is right now I'm perfectly happy with this kind of accuracy from a relatively cheap 'Conversion' strictly for deer hunting. 
Lyman Trade Rifle Flintlock here. I'll stick with my frizzen, 2F BP and antiquated ways.

Here's a Desert Tech SRS-A1 with a .45 cal smokeless barrel. 3046 fps with a 300 grain projectile. Very accurate rifle that belongs to a friend. He also has 6.5 CM and .338 Lapua barrels for it.

Have a Savage model 10, haven't shot since moving 12 years ago. Question, is this still consider a white powder ML?

I will play. First is a couple .45's I put together a few years ago for my bro and I on a savage short actions with a hankins barrel/plug, mcmillian game warden stock. They shoot great with copious loads of blackhorn under 300 gr pittmans aeromaxes at 2485 fps as smokeless isn't allowed here in Utah though the guns are rated for it.
The second is my new .40 cal bestill creations omega conversion. Just got pics of it tonight along with notice of completion. I can't wait to get it scoped and shooting! It should be nice and easy to carry up mtns and still reach out a ways with the high bc 312 gr aeromaxes.
