Curious, how big of difference is there in glass quality?

The 5and 6 have the same glass. Zero difference

He is correct it is the exact same glass. Only four differences

One is 5x scope one is 6x scope
VX-6 comes with electronic leveling
VX-6 comes with quick throw lever
VX-6 comes with aluminum lense covers

Talked to leupold. The guy told me it would release in the summer 2019 but it would be a 4-20x50

I'm hoping they make an FFP version, then all my dreams will come true!

I have the mark 5 5-25x56.It is larger,30 oz.Replacing Mark 4 I never had problem with,want more features and more in rev.The Leo surpasses my 3-24x52 March F at 20 and up.March was blurry on barb wire behind my house at 400 and I could see twist with Leo,Also brighter on aspen bark Also paralax much better March is too picky at 20+

Didn't know that as well. Plus alot cheaper. Also is there that much noticeable difference in the 15x and 18x from the 5 to the 6

How is the low light in the VX5-HD 3-15x56 version with firedot?

I own several in this configuration. Its the low light king in my opinion and my go to hunting optic. The Firedot reticle works great and the tracking with the CDS reticle is spot on.

Extra zoom is never bad. Reticle choice is more important depending on you likes and wants.
