I just sent them my Geovids! They told me 10-16 weeks
Had the same problem attempting to resolve problem with a Leica rangefinder. Zero response. ...Cricket Kingdom. After a year, gave up. Leica is now a "No Leica Allowed" on our 3800 acres playground. Show up with one.....go home.

That's what I was quoted as well. The horror stories I've heard from several years ago about not being able to get an answer or any customer service at all really seems to be resolved though. They were good about replying quickly when I reached out for updates.I just sent them my Geovids! They told me 10-16 weeks
