Up for sale is a full custom 6.5-06AI, Specs as follows:
6.5-06 AI .297" neck. Total weight of package is less than 8.75 lbs
Pierce Action with fluted bolt and Sako extractor
27" fluted #3 Pacnor 3 groove bbl
Mcmillian A-3 Sporter stock with aluminum pillars installed and fully bedded with <.0015" deflection. Flush cups installed on bottom of stock instead of sling swivels.
Timney Trigger set at 2.75 lbs.
Talley Lighweight aluminum rings
Cerakoted a custom Charcoal color
Leupold 4.5-14x50 30mm Greybull Precision Scope.
Rifle is just broke in with 150 rounds fired. Load has been worked up that will shoot sub .5 moa with a 140 VLD at ~3080. Will include load data with purchase.
I also have a set of custom Hornady dies that I will sell as well. These dies were built for this reamer. I sent 3 fired cases in along with reamer print. They will sell for an additional $175.
I have 100 rounds of Lapua once fired neck turned brass as well that I will sell for $150 (takes time to hydro form and turn necks). The bad part about the brass is that I recently moved and my company hired a moving company to pack me up, so some of my stuff is in storage until my house is built. The brass is among the stuff in storage, it will be available around the first part of Dec. You can use Nosler 280 AI brass for this cartridge that works very well. Lapua load and Nosler shoot very close from past experiences. All you have to do is use the die to bump shoulders and trim the neck length. I can give you dimensions and explain how when you purchase the rifle.
