lee full length sizer in .223 question

Lyman dies are not as good as Redding . However they will work .
You will have to use dry lube on the case necks and RCBS liquid on the case body . A good dry lube is 50% Molly MoS2 , and 50% fine graphite well mixed .
Get a small shallow tin with small ball bearings in it and add some dry powder to it . Put the lid on and shake it up. Then dip each case neck into the ball bearing a few times before sizing happens . If it dont stick well rub your fingers around each neck . After a while it will coat up the inside of the die and reduce friction quite well . Liquid lube goes just on the body not near the necks or on the shoulder , roll each case on a lube pad and only apply a very thin coating , super thin otherwise you will get shoulder dents in a full length size die as teh excess lube builds up at the shoulder .

The three die set will only help you if using cast bullets and you would still need another sizing die , either a body or a full length die , as it only has a neck size die and neck sizing only will run into trouble in an auto .

Use the two die set as it has A FL die but make sure you lube well .
