Lapua scenar bullets for hunting deer

Does anyone have any info on hunting deer w lapua scenar bullets. I'm loading a 6.5 prc w 123 lapua scenar an 56 grains of h4831sc. Very accurate.

It'll work like a charm. I use the 155 in my .308 for deer, elk and lopes

Most of the guys I know use the 139 in their 6.5's

My buddy uses the 123's in his Creed and it is bad medicine, he previously shot these in his 260.

An only bullets I could find were 123 lapua an they shoot great But my sons an I are going to Wyoming next week deer hunting an I just worried about terminal performance. I'm gonna be careful about shot placement but thanks again for info

Scenars shoot great and generally good penetration. Not so finicky as some. You won't be disappointed. Tell us how they do for you on the WY deer hunt.
