Im looking for a rifle for my wife, reduced recoil is a MUST, this is what im looking for.

270win, 300wm (ELK rifles) Maybe something else.
Prefer with a muzzle brake.(if 300wm)
Not looking for a low end rifle/stock set up.
wood stock is nice but not necessary.
custom rifle or semi custom would be nice(bedded,trued, floated, match barrel)
price 1500$ or so, just rifle.
