Try BuckCreek near Sommerset.

Rockcastle shooting center in Park City and there's another one in Cave City. Haven't been to either, but both have 300+ ranges.

Blue Grass Sportsmens League has 300 yds and many other shooting facilities. Its south of Lexington.
