They seem to run small. I have an XL and I am 5'11 195. I think the XL is perfect for wearing layers under it to include the puffy superdown. Works for me anyway.

I am only 5'6" and rounding out .

Problem is the middle section always seems too large and cannot effectively fill it to keep me warm without going smaller, then it is too small across the back...Large would probably be better off.
