Kruger Optics

Noticed the recent promotion of Kruger optics... Searched the forums and could find no mention of anyone on here having experience w/Kruger optics. Can anyone tell me anything about them? Personally, I come from a background of use w/Leupold, Zeiss & Swarovski; BUT... I often field questions from friends and family looking for the best "bang for the buck" out there. Some of these close-out prices are very enticing... Phase-corrected prisms and fluorite APO lens systems in binoculars @ < $150...??? Sounds too good to be true, and maybe they are. Any experience out there...??? Also, any knowledge of warranty info and who's making them...???
