The person who ordered the barrel and then cancelled it, wanted it finished @ 22". You can finish it at ANY length <it's current length. Should you want it finished @ 28", you will have to order a longer barrel w/which to start.

@22 I believe. There isn't much change in the size of the barrel when measuring that far down the barrel.
