I used it in the field only 3 times. I just prefer my 30x wide eyepiece, so I am selling the 20-60x zoom eyepiece that I bought new. There are absolutely no scratches on the lens. There is very slight scratch on the body where it came into contact with tripod head while in my case transporting it (I have a pic).
