I do the same as Boss Hoss.
Then I wash & dry the bore with alcohol, scope it, & prefoul with a dry burnishing of WS2.
With that it's back into the safe -ready for use.

I'm not saying the other stuff doesn't work, but I've been able to get the bores cleaner quicker (factory bores, and during factory barrel break-in) by using Hoppe's Elite, nylon brushes, Tipton plated jags and Montana Extreme (BMG) copper solvent. The Montana worked quicker for me than either Butches or Shooters Choice. I haven't tried Sweets.

Yeah, I've been fooled by bronze brushes too and quit using them.
