I'm selling my 280 ackley barreled action. Here are the specs: remington varm contour, 3gr, 9twist Benchmark Barrel thats been fluted and I have a 3 port CSR brake. The 28" SS barrel has been nitrided and I have 240 rounds through the tube. I have this set up with a long action surgeon DBM. The action is a Kelbly's long action ATLAS that's been nitrided. The only reason im selling this is to go with a short action build. I have tested and ran this combo with the 168 matrix and it will repeatedly run 5rds at 3010fps and in the .4-.6 range @100yds. My first competition I placed 7th with this rifle. Its easy to shoot and very forgiving. I also have a Shilen trigger set at 1.5lbs on it. This barreled action comes with 1 AI mag also.
