For sale Kelbly Tactical Atlas action with less than 100 rounds on it. Very awesome action, super smooth. Has side bolt release, fluted bolt, straight bolt handle, APA tactical bolt knob, pined 20 Moa base, double pined recoil lug, Black Nitride finsh. The trigger hanger has been modified to except a Timney Cavin Elite trigger, will still work with any other rem 700 trigger. $1075 shipped to your FFL dealer. If the trigger hanger is a problem I can get a new one for it for an extra $25
