Mine will have a #5 26" Benchmark 1-7.5 twist. Hoping the 101's will work.

Looking at my ballistics app, (Shooter.) With a 26" barrel. The 88gr hangs in there really good with a 101gr. Of course, not knowing yet the mv. I'm punching in the 88gr @3400fps. (Just a guess)......Then punching in the 101gr @3200fps also a guess..... They are very close. I've always been a heavy for caliber guy... I shoot a 180 Berger hvld out of my 7mm practical that is a literal "hammer." So these lightweight for caliber bullets got me wondering...Looking for something a bit more meat forgiving but sturdy enough in this light caliber, for long range blacktails in Oregon. Oh! Btw. I ordered up the 88gr hammer hunters also!!
