Hello everyone. Yesterday I listened to a really good joe Rogan podcast with a guy named Joel Turner (ep 1943). He owns a company called "Shot IQ". On the podcast he talked a lot about shooting, archery and what it takes to make a great deliberate shot. To able to to stay in moment of concentration and not get target panic. It's all based on closed and open loop systems in the brain. I told you the super basic stuff, he goes way more into depth and offers classes. The whole time I was listening I knew it would be perfect for the people on LRH. So go check out the podcast and the website, it's very helpful.
