Alcohol is flammable. If you don't think so touch a match to a small open container of 151 Rum or real Moonshine. Body heat does not get hot enough to cause ignition of the alcohol, but other factors might have an influence on the heat factor. It's 9 degrees as I look outside right now, some heating might be nice.

Anything aged over 10 days, not 10 years is more my style. As far as Scotch goes I have some Cutty Sark for its snob appeal, some Johnny Walker red for sipping on special occasions but my go to is Old Smuggler which to my somewhat burned out taste buds is a passable and flavorful distillate.
