Well, between having a great season, and signing on a new house, I suppose it's a good time to have a celebration pour! Seems like my good boi wants some too ha ha. I have my buddy to thank for this bottle!

Time to get the season started! Merry Christmas to all!
Something different tonight. Not whiskey in this mix but you can use either rum, brandy or Canadian blended whiskey. Connollys only runs their batter this time of year. Great for the current weather!
It’s a whipped eggnog type of concoction that you keep in the freezer. Put a tablespoon or two in a mug, add a couple ounces of your choice of rum, brandy, or whiskey, pour near boiling water over it and top with nutmeg.
Well today and going into tonight is requiring a special elixir to ward off the -15 degree temp and 20 MPH wind this morning resulting in a wind chill of -42 degrees. It didn't get much better throughout the day and it's already at -4 with heavy winds going into this evening. The only thing that handles days like this is 151 rum or some good North Carolina Moon. Since I haven't seen any NC Moon for many years the 151 will have to do. Hot and buttered is doing the trick for this chick.

The problem I have with Blantons is I like it to much and drink it too much lol.

Wish I had that in my hand at the moment! Good stuff. Had a few bottles in the past. Regular Larceny is always in the cabinet.
