I thought that title might get your attention buddy! LOL Well I just couldn't wait so I got on the phone with [email protected] a.k.a. Southern precision rifle's and ordered my new anti-X. And for all the carbon haters I still went with carbon,but this time I'm going to try Bartlein. This go around will be a 22 inch M 24 taper to allow for a suppressor and of course chambered in 6.5x284 norma!

I just got off the phone with Russ at SPR. Great guy! I will say that Defiance beat their estimated turnaround time on the Anti X. Now I just wish the Hunter bottom medal would come in from Hawkins.
Sounds like a new toy is in your future. BTW - I blame/thank Feenix as well.

Are you going to have SPR build it, or are you going to do a lot of the work yourself? I wish I had the skills and setup to do some of the work. I don't trust myself to jump in too far. Keep us posted.

I have bedded two rifles and while it turned out pretty **** good it's not as good as what they are gonna do!for a couple hundred bucks more I will let them do all the assembly I am just reusing my manner stock and my trigger tech trigger there the rest is up to Southern precision rifle's

Since I'm getting into the prefits game everyone keep their eyes open. I will have a Trued Remington action and a new proof carbon barrel up for sale soon.
