I can suggest that it will be hit or miss to match your barrel EXACTLY. CeraKote batches are not that close. Trial and error is usually the process to approach a match. Even the rendition of the color chips will vary from monitor to monitor or batch to batch. But, you can adjust the mix of your color choice by varying the amount of hardener in small amounts achieving more or less gloss. The amount and size of bead blasting media will make a difference visually as well.
You might try just using blasting media on both the action and the barrel to try to bring them closer together from the start. Then if they don't match spray both.
there is a hard chrome coating that others have used on receivers and barrels. looks pretty good. i might have a blued Encore barrel done to match my stainless receiver.
