The 8 twist is what you want for a 300 AAC Blackout shooting 220's suppressed at subsonic speeds.
As everyone else has said 10 twist would be better for a RUM

That is true....I forgot about that. But it's not a real long-range caliber.

The 300 Whisper probably falls into a 1-8 twist round as well.

300 Whisper and 300 AAC Blackout are almost identical as far as specs and load data, so they would both be fine with an 8" twist.
