Is the Nightforce Standard Duty base enough?

I'm planning on upgrading the optics on my CA Ridgeline (30 Nosler) to a Nightforce NX8 2.5x20x50. I'm leaning toward the Nightforce Standard Duty aluminum base and their X-Treme Duty aluminum rings. Is this base enough or should I consider going to their X-Treme Duty steel base with the integrated recoil lug?

If your just hunting I would say it's plenty. That's what I have on my 7mag no issues with it.

Thanks Z. Yes, just hunting but I want to make sure it's 100% solid and as accurate/repeatable as possible. I want to keep the weight as low as I can with this but don't want to sacrifice any accuracy, that is what got me wondering about the lug on the X-Treme Duty base.
