IRAY bolt thermal scope

Has anyone had any dealings with this company , A friend of mine bought a Iray bolt tl35 thermal scope and sent it back because of battery drain, company policy 5 days turn around it been 12 days , he called the company and talked to guy named Casey , he said he FEDX a new one overnight Thursday the 20th Jan said it would be their by Friday 8:00 pm . now Sat still no scope or tracking number, so much for customer service !!!!!!!!!
