ior turret issue

I'm having issues with my windage and elevation turrets. Seems like there's some slop in them. When I use them it seems as though the zero ever so slightly moves more and more. And won't line up perfectly back on zero. Clicks feel good when on, but just some play. Its the I or valdada gen 3.
Any suggestions or help would be great!

Contacting these guys might help. I had a gen 1 that was replaced with a gen 2, that was replaced with a gen 3, that was replaced eventually with a Leupold (wish I could replace it).
