information in hunting couse deer in NM unit 24

I am seeking experienced hunter information concerning the rifle hunt in Unit 24 for Couse deer in New Mexico. Everyone I know who has bowhunted Couse has done so with a bow and had a long season. Since we are talking 5 days, some insight on how best to cover this area would be deeply appreciated.
