This blog can actually be attributed to some friendly NZ hunters who showed me a great time and asked some difficult questions.

It is easy to theorize incline shooting, but it's really no stress once you've done it a couple of times. It's the deteriorating shooting position that is the problem, not the angle. Be aware that Riflemans Rule and Improved Riflemans Rule are rules of thumb that will put your shots a little low (Sierra exterior ballistics explains why). To avoid this, rather use a ballistic program and pre-calculate the correction. Put this in your rangecard. Problem partly solved.
