Are these actually manufactured by lapua? Or by nosler or norma like in the past as lapua hasn't manufactured a belted case before this- they always subbed them out before

Thanks- that doesn't really say though.

I wonder if Lapua would disclose or just say it's new lapua brass made to lapua specs---- the old 300wm with the lapua headstamp was good stuff ( as lapua sets the specs)- but it was manufactured by other brass manufactures due to lapua not wanting to actually manufacture belted brass ( not sure why)
