I'm Deciding Between a Criterion and Shilen Barrel at Northland

I have a cb1 barrel that I just had rechambered to 6.5prc. First 2 shots at 200 yards touching ! I pulled the third and opened it up to.68

Have have three Criterion pre-fit barrels from Northland. In addition to being exceptionally accurate, they are all very nicely finished. Highly recommended!!!
Groups from my three barrels at 200 yards.Target, MTU, Lr. Palma.

I have been using Shilen bbls for a lot of years. Their Match bbls are outstanding!!

If you are wanting a fluted bbl, Shilen will NOT do it. Read about it on their website

I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with either. I've ordered 2 Shilen from NSS and am very happy with both. Both shoot under MOA. I'm not good enough of a shot and I don't reload right now to know exactly what they are capable of.

I put a Shilen Select stainless match on my 6.5x284 and it shoots like a dream. I shot 2 three shot groups the other day at 400 yards with one at 5/8 inches and the other 1 1/4
