Ideas for a shooting bench?

Hello Everyone, I am new here and to the long range shooting. I want to make a shoting bench to fit a right and left hand shooter. Is there any good plans to follow. I will be shooting around 1000 yards at my field and I would like to make a decent bench this weekend and start more practice cause this long range shooting has become addicting.

Forgot to add that I built it without putting the legs in the ground I just cut my legs that much shorter.

Permanent or portable?

If permanent go with concrete in the usual T shape, if portable how much can it weigh?
