Ideal powder for speed and stability in 7-08

I just ordered some 120gr hammer hunters for my brother's savage 7-08. I'm looking for the ideal powder as far as speed and temp stability are concerned. This gun will be used year round for shooting anything from varmints and tannerite to deer and possibly hogs.

I use Varget (43.5g) to get about 3000 fps in a 7-08 Savage using the Barnes 120 TTSX.

I got 120gr Hammers coming for my 7-08. I called Hammer to ask 120 or 131 for hogs. Hammer told me to use 120gr with around 44gr Varget. Can't wait for them to show up!

Graf's has Privi Partisan brass. I just got 200. I also discovered you can size 308 brass to 7mm-08. If you don't want Privi P brass, I have a lot of 308 brass.

I use Varget and 120 ttsx. It shoots very well. Barnes site shows CFE223 with more velocity. I tried a couple of loads this weekend and it was accurate but didn't get the velocity readings yet. 43.7 g of Varget runs about 3000fps. The 120 Barnes is deadly. Would like to try some Hammers.

I just loaded the 120 HH in 7mm-08 for my buddies kid last week. I settled on 43.0 g of varget doing 2940. I went up to 44.5 with no pressure.
