Looking for a unicorn. I'm an Idaho resident who has two good friends who are non residents. Put in for the controlled hunt in unit 39A- Pioneer Zone. I've been on the phone with both Nampa and Salmon DFG asking about returned tags etc since April. Got the email we weren't drawn (12 tags were available for that zone this year). Any ideas what to do next. They would love to hunt that area. Many thanks in advance
