Great news Feenix. Glad to hear your good to go...for now. Nearly 20 years ago I was in a motocross wreck. Broke my shoulder and tore up a bunch of stuff in that same shoulder. Dr said I needed surgery after the bones mended. Said he needed to sew up a tear and see if any other damage occurred that he couldn't see on the scans. I declined getting surgery after the bones healed. I did my own PT for the shoulder then went back into my regular workouts. Turned out my strength in my workouts were better than ever and have been ever since. I can tell something isn't right in that shoulder but strength is great and very little pain on ocassion. My point is, the Dr said at the time he examined me after the accident, it'll require surgery. He said now or later, doesn't matter, I'd need it eventually. Sounds like that's your end game also. I'm gonna buy as much time as I can and keep the workouts going. It may be necessary one day but I'm gonna max out that date. I don't have time to lay around recovering from surgery. There's just no room on my calendar and I'm retired.
