Howa 1500 Safety

I have a Howa 1500 30.06 1993 and the bolt will will not lock in any position. Does anyone know the cure for this.. Thanks

Timney trigger with 3 position safety. One of the reviews says it won't fit older model Howa's. Call Timney to see if it will fit yours.
