How to tell the difference in NF bases

Is there a way to tell LA 700 Nightforce 2 pieces from SA? What are these?

Bottom is rem short action front ,top ones for the back ,& the back base is always thicker !!!!

You sure it's a short action base? I mean I know the rear is thicker, but I was wondering if and how to tell LA from SA
