39 years, 6 3/4 tall, 220ish. Lifted weights most my life with decent cardio and lots of walking. Last three years I had West Nile virus for the second time, viral meningitis, and viral encephalitis. All three most likely due to my work environment and little bitty things. Did well with the WN virus except for a rash and crazy tired. did not do as well with the meningitis/encephalitis combination and ended up coding in the ER. Hoping my head will get back to normal in the next 8 years when it will hopefully be out of my system. Before these things was in good shape but needed good sleep to function and got sick easily if I didn’t take care of myself. After these things I feel much older and very sluggish in the am for a bit. Very happy to be in the state I am in compared to the alternative and can do almost as much as I used to with the exception I now suffer a bit more after it. Still have major head pressure at times and have to be carful even shooting some of my weapons. It’s crazy what getting in touch with your own mortality dose to your mental state and thot process. Keep in shape and take care of the things that mean the most to you. I have two great little reasons to keep myself kicking for as long as I can! With times like these I highly recommend you do your body a favor and take at least 30 min a day to keep it up. That being a walk, run, yoga(don’t nock it!), lifting, and eating as healthy as you can. That and drinking enough water will help your body cope with the increasing stress.
