I've found very little Load Data on Hornady's web site for the ELD-X. Has anyone developed anything of value as far as ELD-X Recipes for the 300 Weatherby?

I'd use data from hornady for their other bullets of equal weight for the cartridge in question.... Also start around 10% down from max. as usual...

I just ordered some 143 gr. 6.5s ELDX from Midway for 6.5 creedmoor. Going to start load testing as soon as they get here and will probably try to get them on a hog as soon as I get an accurate load worked out. My rifle likes the 140 Amax, so I have high hopes.

Just call their tech line and ask...they may not have anything though as when I called about the 178grain they had no data for 308w or 30-06

If I was going to use the 178 ELD-X in 30-06. I would start at 51.0 grains of IMR 4350, and work up. I would try to get to 2750 fps with out pressure. That's where I'm at with the 178 Amax.

I am waiting on the 6.5 143's for use in my 260 8-twist. Planning on 4231-sc and something close to what I am using with the 142 MK's it likes now. Does anybody want to offer some loads for 260 Rem 8-twist?

They have 30-06 data for the 200's so I'm thinking they have 178 data. Persistence my friend. Stay on them and you will get what your looking for.

I will be loading for my ladder today with H4350 and the 200gr.

My 6.5mm 143s were delivered today. Hornady provided the following load date for the 6.5 Creedmoor.

H4350 min: 35.6gr. MAX: 41.5gr 2700fps

Varget min: 32.7gr. MAX: 36.4gr 2600fps

RL 17 min: 35.3gr. MAX: 41.3gr 2750fps

I forgot to get the COAL but I am going to start low at 2.810". I will let you know what I find. I hope to get to the range this Saturday.

I have shot about 100 of the 6.5 143's out of my 6.5 SS.
60 grains of N570 gives 3100 fps. Bullets seats at .10 off.
I am really happy with the accuracy.

Hornady has some load data for 30 cal eld-x on their website.

308win, 30-06, 300wsm, 300rcm, 300win mag, 300 weather by mag, 300rum, 30-378 by mag

Data is for 200, 212&220grain only

I am working with the 143 gr 6.5 in my 260 Rem 8 twist. 46.5 4831-sc with .010 jump is where I am right now. I wish Hornady had posted the 6.5 data in the link that Lefty7mmstw found. I posted in reloading on where I am with this load so far. Any input would be appreciated.
